Unnecessary and unproductive meetings waste a significant amount of time in the workplace. Yet, we all rely on meetings to communicate and collaborate with our teams, colleagues, and clients on a regular basis.
This course provides a guide to effective meetings for both meeting facilitators and participants.
As a meeting facilitator, you will learn about your role and responsibilities, including how to create a meeting agenda, encourage equal participation, keep a meeting on topic, and build consensus or manage conflict in meetings.
As a meeting participant, you will learn how to speak up in meetings, voice disagreement respectfully, and be a model attendee.
By the end of this course, you will be able to plan, facilitate, and participate in effective meetings that achieve their desired outcomes.
You will receive a completion certificate upon finishing your online course. Certificates are sent via pdf to your nominated email address.
