Terms and conditions and course content are subject to change at any time during the terms of this Agreement.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and if we do so we will revise the date and revision number of this document.

Cancellation

The cancellation and full refund of an online training purchase may only be permitted when:

• requested in writing
• the user login has not been activated
• the purchase was completed within 30 days of your cancellation request

Online training extension

If an extension is requested a $20.00+GST administration fee will apply. Extension requests must be made in writing.

Course expiry

Online training logins will expire after 90 days from the issued date or as per individual supplier agreement. There will be no refund on expired logins or logins that have not been activated within 90 days.

Prices and additional fees

The prices published on the Website are subject to change without notice unless you have an agreement with us stating otherwise.

Marketing and communications

You may occasionally receive e-newsletters and promotional emails from Aspire2 eLearning Academy once the checkout form or contact form has been completed. You can unsubscribe by following a link in any of the emails you receive.
